Therapy Times and Sessions

STAR offers an Early Intervention Program that is designed to provided therapeutic opportunities for children to learn and develop social skills with peers in the same age range. Morning sessions are designed for children ranging age from 2-5. Afternoon sessions are designed for school aged children ranging in age from 5-10. Experienced BCBAs and RBTs create a fun and engaging curriculum to help children learn and get prepared for school.

Early Intervention

Early Beginnings is an designed for children ranging between the ages of 2-5. During this program, your child is provided with opportunities to increase their communication and social skills in a group setting surrounded by other children their age group. STAR will provide your child with 1:1 instrcution, circle time, transional services, and a structured play group in a classroom-type environment.

After School Program

STAR offers after-school sessions for children ranging in age from 6-15. Children will meet with other children in their age group and participate in structured groups that utilize a curriculum based on the principles of ABA to increase their social skills.

Family Guidance

Parents meet with their case supervisor at least once a month to discuss their child’s progress. It is an important component of ABA therapy to ensure that everyone is on the same page to ensure the continuation of progress. During these meetings, the case supervisor will meet to learner’s progress, barriers, parent’s concerns, ect.
